who is ELSE.
Based in South-East Queensland, ELSE. was founded by seasoned architect Sean Gill, who brings over 20 years of experience in design and development.
Sean has refined his unique skill set by working alongside some of Australia’s leading practices on projects ranging from large-scale developments to boutique designs. His impressive portfolio includes work with renowned studios such as Conrad Gargett (now Architectus), Bureau Proberts, Hames Sharley, and Ellivo Architects. Eager to broaden his impact, Sean joined Spyre Group, where he deepened his expertise in development and design, working on innovative, high-profile projects.
Motivated to continue making a difference for those engaged in development, Sean founded ELSE.group in 2022.
